Jake's leaving, for the rest of the year at least, to go to Sydney, Australia to live and work with his brother. He gave us the news last night at practice and it's fair to say that we were pretty shocked but also really happy for him to take this wonderful opportunity. Jake's been a fantastic guy and a dream to play with, and has been integral in shaping the Arcady Bliss sound so much in the space of just a few months.
Unfortunately it looks unlikely that he will play the gig at the IndigO2 with us in October, but he will be recording with us in Godalming on the 9th when we will be laying down new track, "Fear The Silence". It will be a fitting climax to his time with Arcady Bliss and Anil, Ben and I wish him the best of luck and success in the future. That said, our doors will always be open for him to return when he's back from the land down under.
