...but there's this blog called www.shutupbands.com that's rather captured my imagination this evening. It consists of all sorts of ridiculous quotes from band biographies, press releases, riders etc. and makes you realise...well...to put it mildly there are a lot of clueless, misguided souls out there having a crack at the music and/or fame game. A great deal of the content is anonymous, but for hearty laughs I reccommend you check out the bits on Kerry Katona and La Roux. Also the bit from Florence & The Machine's PR (whom I would assume is now their ex-PR) is a quite magnificent read.
This, I suppose, is a cue for everyone to get derisive about our band blurbs etc.
Go on, I dare you ;-)
